Studio Two Three needed a new home. In that effort, Mary Lorino worked with Executive Director Ashley Hawkins and The Monument Companies to develop a plan for renovation of 3300 West Clay Street located in Richmond's Scott's Addition. Phase 1 of the renovation proved a thorough success which lead to Phase 2 - an expansion into the adjacent automotive shop a year and a half later. The historic preservation tax credit project, both phases, was fast-paced and fantastically fun.

Working with Tait Saunders Maulvaney, LoCh created a new look for the exterior of 1800 Glenside Drive - the Glen Forest Medical Center. A 1980's renovation had done little to improve the curb appeal of this pre-engineered metal building. LoCh designed as series of steel and wood framed canopies to both protect drop off clients and add visual warmth and interest to the facility. The canopies along with a new stone veneer base, ramps, paint and storefront allow the facility to present an inviting face at the intersection of Glenside and Forest.
